This document is a placeholder in preparation. It will be replaced with the official Refund Policy for the Vietnam jurisdiction. Until then, its contents are not finalized refund criteria.

This document reserves the place of the Refund Policy that will apply to paid products of the Dillie service (hereinafter the “Service”) provided by Gravity8 Inc. (hereinafter the “Company”) when purchased in the Vietnam jurisdiction.
